We've implemented the following Policy on copyright infringement in compliance with the DMCA. We reserve the right to (1) prevent access to or remove content that we believe in good faith has been illegally reproduced and disseminated by one or more of our advertisers, affiliates, content suppliers, members, or users and (2) remove and cease service to repeat offenders. Remember that the Terms of Service, which include this Copyright Dispute Policy, are subject to how often you use Shoptob services. The definitions of any terms we employ in this Policy but do not define are found in terms of Service.

Method for Reporting Copyright Violations. Please send the following information to our Designated Agent to Receive Notification of Claimant Infringement (our "Designated Agent," whose contact information is listed below) if you believe that any material or content on or accessible through the Services violates your copyright (or the copyright of someone on whose behalf you have the authority to act).

A written or electronic signature of a person with authority to speak for the party whose copyright is said to have been violated;
Identification of the infringing works or materials;
Identification of the allegedly infringing material, including details about items of the infringing material that the copyright owner intends to have deleted, in sufficient detail to enable us to locate and confirm its existence; a public statement stating that the person who was alerted has a firm conviction that the content listed in (1)(c) isn't permitted by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and contact details for the informed, such as their address, phone number, and, if accessible, an email address;

A declaration made under oath that the information given is accurate and that the informing party is authorized to file the complaint on the owner's behalf. Once the Designated Agent Has Received Proper Real Infringement Notification. Steps to follow when giving the designated agent a counter-notice. The content provider may send us a counter-notice containing the following information to the Designated Agent if the content provider believes that the material that was removed (or to which access was disabled) is not infringing or the content provider believes that it is the right to post and use such material from the copyright owner, the copyright owner's agent, or, under the law.
an electronic or written signature from the content supplier;

Identifying the content that has been deleted or to which access has been disabled, and hence the locations where the content was available before it was deleted or disabled;

A declaration stating the content provider holds the opinion that the material was taken down or disabled due to an error or misidentification of the material; and
Name, address, phone number, and, if available, email address of the content provider, as well as a statement that the provider consents to the jurisdiction of the court for the judicial district in which the provider's address is located, or if the provider's address is outside the United States, for any judicial district in which Shoptob is located, and that the provider agrees to accept service of process from the party who gave notice of the dispute. The primary complaining party may be notified that Inspire Cotton may reinstate the removed material or stop disabling it in 10 working days if the Designated Agent receives a counter-notice. Shoptob may, at its option, transmit a copy of the counter-notice to the primary complaining party. The withdrawn content might even be replaced, or access to it might be restored in 10 to 14 days or more following receipt of the counter-notice, at our discretion, unless the copyright owner brings an action seeking a writ against the content provider accused of infringing.
